Shop this modern design is carved to be used as either a plate or a serving platter, the choice is yours! Crafted from beautiful and sustainable olive wood, this lightweight and of excellent quality serving plate or platter features uniformed sides to serve up your favorite dishes.
The platter can also be used for decoration or to hold jewelry, keys, etc. Olive wood is a hard wood making it very dense and durable for everyday use. Olive wood is nonporous so no germs or odors are retained. All products are made from a single piece of wood - they are seamless and no two pieces are alike.

Here at Salam Wood Works we take pride in prioritizing the sourcing of our domestic woods from local mills right here in Southest Michigan. Our standard wood species options we offer year round are:

Additionally, we have access to some limited quantities of reclaimed Red Oak wood that is over 90 years old! "Old Growth" wood is considered to have been all naturally grown and aged, which make it a much stronger and lasting material.
